In April 2000 I was invited to attend the first Association of Shareware Professions (ASP) EuroSchmooze in Metz, France.  I took the opportunity to ride my bike, a Honda VFR800, through France to the conference.

 

It was great to meet in person a lot of the people I had been doing business with over the internet in the proceeding four years or so.  We had a lovely time in the city of Metz with plenty of networking, site-seeing and drinking and eating!
